Schilling is now in her fourth season on West Coast's list, having been selected from Peel Thunder with pick No.24 in 2021, playing seven games prior to this year. The key defender is hitting her stride at the top level, a strong reader of the play and a steady mark overhead. Schilling took seven marks amid her 11 intercepts against Essendon.
