It was yet another superb season from Richmond superstar Monique Conti, taking out the AFLW best and fairest at just 23 years old. She polled an extraordinary 23 of 30 votes, sewing up victory with two rounds remaining of the count. The silky midfielder is a sharp mover in traffic, able to dance her way out of trouble, and can hit the scoreboard if required.
