All cards go through our rigorous quality assurance processes, but in the rare case a card direct from a pack has been damaged in manufacture, please refer to our Card Replacement Policy: https://selectaustralia.com.au/pages/card-replacement-policy
Cards that have been purchased or traded on the secondary market are not considered for replacement.
While we make every effort to ensure the ratio mix of finding an insert card is the same as those stated, it is impossible to guarantee insert cards to the box level. Odds of insertion are reflective of the entire production run and do not guarantee number of insert cards per pack, box or case. Please see individual release pages for further information.
