The spectacular career of the brilliant small forward ended in the final round of 2021 – his last match also his 350th, making him just the 19th player in AFL history to reach that mark. Betts booted 2 goals in his swansong against the GIANTS to finish with a career tally of 640: 29th on the AFL’s all-time list. His 310 goals for the Adelaide Crows (in 132 games) are third all-time for the club, while his 330 majors for Carlton (in 218 games) sits 11th for the foundation club. A truly remarkable 17 seasons at the elite level.
